One price for the whole organisation, not per user. Staff never need an account, so you're not paying for seats you don't use.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to begin — we only ask for payment details when the trial ends. Prices exclude VAT. Change or cancel whenever you like — we'll never delete your staff records if you move down a plan, you just can't add more until you're back under the limit.
