TidyTimeSheets lets an organisation send timesheet requests to its staff by email, collect submitted hours, and have managers and senior leaders review, amend and approve them. Staff members do not need an account: they complete their timesheet through a secure link sent to their email address.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the activity of everyone you invite into your organisation. You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access another organisation's data, or resell access without our written agreement.

Plans are priced per organisation, not per user, and are listed on our pricing page. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. When you first choose a paid plan you receive a 14-day free trial; card details are taken at the start of the trial and the first payment is taken when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically for the interval you chose until cancelled.

Lite plan organisations are limited to 3 staff and 5 timesheet requests a month. If a payment fails, your plan continues for a 7-day grace period; after that your organisation reverts to Lite plan limits. Existing data is never deleted because of a plan change.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Our cancellation and refund position is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You own the data you and your staff put into the service. We process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure you have a lawful basis for asking your staff to submit their hours through us.

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may carry out maintenance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
